The original yellow turnip mash since 1970. Accessory for most of the traditional Norwegian meals - goes well with smoked and salted meat. Feel free to add some stock to the meat.

You can use this to make your own "kålrabistappe" at home. Just add water and margarin!

Perfect for dinner with salt meat, or christmas dinner

Preparation

1. Boil 4 dl of water and 1 tablespoon of margarine. Take the saucepan away from the plate and add 1 dl of cold water.

2. Stir in the contents of the bag and let it swell for 1 minute. Stir before serving.

Kohlrabi 45%, potato, rapeseed oil, salt, sugar, skimmed milk, yeast extract, emulsifier (monoglyceride), spices, stabilizer (disodium diphosphate), antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate, sodium disulfite), acid (ascorbic acid), coloring (beta-carotene).
